Supply Desk is partnering with a warm and nurturing primary school in Burgess Hill to recruit a SEN Learning Support Assistant (EYFS) on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and build independence.
You will deliver 1:1 and small group support, assist with EHCP targets, support communication and social skills, and work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
