The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- A foundational knowledge of PECs/Cued Articulation or other Speech and Language provision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting children's learning
- The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
- Work in a primary school with a small group of children with Speech and language needs
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
- Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
