Supporting Pupils with SEMH, Autism and behavioural needs
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 08:00am – 4:00pm, 5 days a week
Start: September 2026

Looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference? Are you patient, compassionate, and determined to help every child achieve their full potential? We’re seeking dedicated EBD HLTA to support in an SEMH provisional unit to work with a range of different needs throughout a secondary school. All children within the unit present behaviours that challenge due to trauma and neuro divergence.
It is essential you are resilient, calm, and consistent, with the confidence to follow agreed strategies, apply boundaries fairly, and respond proactively. You would need to have experience working with children with additional needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or adults with barriers to learning

- A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
