Position: Secondary Subject Teachers (All Specialisms)

Location: Eastbourne

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Contract Type: Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Supply (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

Daily Rate: £130-£150 per day for daily supply | Paid to scale for long-term roles with full PPA

About the Role: We are looking for adaptable and motivated Secondary Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 within your subject specialism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons within your subject area across KS3 and KS4.
  • Adapt confidently to different school environments and follow each school's curriculum.
  • Maintain strong classroom management and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with school policies.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents where required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area.
  • Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
