About the Role
We are seeking caring, patient and dedicated SEN Care Workers to join a supportive and inclusive setting in Borehamwood from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children and young people with special educational needs, supporting their daily care, learning and personal development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist with personal care needs where required, including toileting, feeding and mobility support.
- Support pupils in accessing learning activities and school routines.
