- Following school policies and reporting back to staff as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, etc.)
- Confident classroom management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Ability to engage and communicate well with students
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- A genuine interest in education—ideal for aspiring teachers (QTS not required for this role.)
