Schools across Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas are looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms and support students across Key Stages 3 to 5. Whether you have prior experience or are looking to gain valuable classroom exposure, this is an exciting opportunity.

Supervise lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, keeping students focused and engaged

Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment

Support pupils with learning and answer questions as needed

Manage student behavior according to school policies

Previous experience in an educational setting (ideal but not essential)

QTS or relevant experience is a plus

Strong classroom management and confident communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to provide at least two years of employment references
