Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Support students in developing coding, programming, and problem-solving skills
- Assess student work, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped ICT suite
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and enrichment activities
- Contribute positively to wider school life and staff responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the UK Computer Science curriculum
- Energetic, practical, and student-centred teaching approach
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
