We are currently seeking compassionate and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils within specialist and mainstream settings across the Chichester area. You will support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them build confidence, independence and positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs
- Building positive and trusting relationships

- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Encouraging confidence, resilience and independence
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people desirable
- Patient, calm and resilient nature
- Passion for SEND and inclusion
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Adaptable and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
