What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting babies and young children in daily routines
- Working with small groups to encourage development
- Delivering EYFS‑based activities

- Supporting children’s social and emotional development
- Building strong relationships with children and staff
- Encouraging creativity, play and exploration
What We’re Looking For
- CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with young children
- Understanding of EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
