Supply Desk is seeking Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of educational settings throughout West Sussex. These opportunities may include working with learners who benefit from additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, or engagement in their education.
You will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers, develop resilience, and achieve positive outcomes.
The Role:
- Supporting learning within classroom environments
- Working with students on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Encouraging positive engagement and behaviour
- Assisting teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Experience working with children or young people
