Your Role
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 4 years
- Support children’s emotional, social and cognitive development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, stimulating learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development
What You Will Need
- Relevant experience of working in a nursery
- Experience working in small groups and assessing progress
- A genuine passion for early years development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices
