Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning. Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials. Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement. Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines. Candidate Profile Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or educational setting is desirable. A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to supporting children's learning and development. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
