What You Will Drive:

• Design and deliver dynamic, immersive language lessons in French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

• Foster curiosity and a growth mindset, empowering students to become confident, articulate, and passionate global communicators.
• Develop and implement an inclusive, forward‑looking MFL curriculum that meets the diverse needs of learners.

• Use data‑driven assessment strategies to track progress and ensure students are excelling in language acquisition.
• Collaborate with a forward‑thinking MFL department to refine teaching methods, share best practices, and drive student engagement.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS in the UK.
• A degree in French, Spanish, or a relevant language discipline.
• Proven expertise in language teaching methodology with a flair for creative and interactive lessons.
• Ability to teach GCSE French and/or Spanish confidently, with A-Level teaching experience being highly desirable.
• A strong commitment to inclusive teaching practices, cultural sensitivity, and raising student achievement.
