Staff work collaboratively to provide a calm, nurturing learning environment that promotes emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour for learning. Students are well supported to build confidence, self-esteem, and engagement in their education.\\n\\nThe Role\\n As a Behaviour Mentor, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions for students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs. You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to implement consistent behaviour management strategies and contribute to personalised behaviour support plans.

A key part of the role is building strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model while promoting self-regulation, motivation, and engagement. You will also monitor and record progress, providing clear feedback to staff and communicating effectively with parents and carers.\\n\\nAbout You\\n We are looking for a calm, resilient, and empathetic individual with experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs, SEMH, or additional learning needs (desirable but not essential). You will have strong communication and de-escalation skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
