Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Milton KeynesContract: Full-TimeStart: January 2026Salary: £90 – £110 per day

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
Build positive working relationships with students, offering guidance, motivation, and pastoral support
Assist in developing and delivering personalised behaviour plans
Monitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with staff and parents/carers
Person Specification
Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach
Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
A genuine passion for supporting young people\’s social and emotional development
