We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students in Watford from January 2026. This position is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, pastoral care, or mentoring who is motivated to make a genuine difference to students\’ academic progress and emotional development.

Provide in-class support and deliver small-group behaviour interventions

Help remove barriers to learning arising from behavioural or emotional challenges

Mentor pupils to boost confidence, resilience, and motivation

Work closely with teaching staff to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment
