Your Role
As a Psychology Teacher, you will play an essential role in helping students understand the core principles of psychology, from theories of cognition to the study of social behaviour. Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the national curriculum for Psychology, incorporating diverse teaching methods and resources.
- Encourage Critical Thinking: Promote a classroom environment where students are encouraged to discuss, debate, and critically analyse psychological theories and studies.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess students’ understanding, providing tailored support and feedback to help them meet academic targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
