We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic primary school in the Aston Clinton area. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to young learners, ensuring they develop essential skills across all subject areas. You will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
  • Assess and track students' progress, identifying areas where additional support or challenge is needed
  • Develop and implement a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students' social and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents to support the overall well-being and development of pupils
  • Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a safe, respectful space for all students

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching in KS2 or a similar setting
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and current educational practices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A passion for working with young children, with a commitment to their academic, emotional, and social development
