What You ll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Encourage students to experiment with a variety of media and techniques, including drawing, painting, mixed media, and sculpture
• Foster a classroom culture that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity
• Use effective assessment strategies to support progress and tailor learning experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to promote academic and personal development
• Contribute to exhibitions, art clubs, and creative school-wide initiatives

Who We re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching Art at secondary level (QTS preferred but not essential)
• Someone who thrives in a creative environment and brings fresh ideas to the classroom
