Are you a passionate and creative Art teacher ready to inspire students? Supply Desk is looking for a qualified and experienced Art teacher to join a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) in Hemel Hempstead from September 2026. This role offers the opportunity to teach KS3 and KS4 students in a supportive, specialist environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, tailored to students' needs.
  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students in a PRU setting.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
What We are Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
  • Experience teaching Art to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, especially in alternative education or PRU settings.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and confidence in students.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player.
