Learning Support Assistant – Amersham Location: Amersham area Start Date: September Contract Type: Full-time Pay: In line with experience and qualifications Supply Desk are seeking a professional, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Amersham area, starting this September. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other members of staff to support pupils both within the classroom and, where appropriate, on a one-to-one or small-group basis. You will help pupils engage with their learning, develop their confidence and independence, and make positive progress both academically and socially.
