Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. About You:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
