Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised 1:1 support in line with each child’s Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) targets

- Collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider multi‑disciplinary team to ensure consistent progress
- Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive social interactions through patient and compassionate support
