Supply Desk is currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated Special Needs School in Andover, supporting students with Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. The role is available for an immediate start after Easter or from September 2025, offering long-term consistency with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.

As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist setting, you will be working closely with students across various age groups, supporting both their academic and emotional development. You'll be providing one-to-one and small group support, helping students access the curriculum and develop key life skills in a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
