Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children across all areas of development.
- Plan and deliver creative, practical and play-based activities that encourage curiosity, exploration and learning.
- Provide a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
- Support pupils with their personal, social, emotional and communication development.
- Observe, assess and track children's progress, using assessment information to adapt planning and meet individual needs.
- Establish clear routines and promote positive behaviour to support a calm and purposeful learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and families to support children's learning and well-being.
- Encourage independence, resilience and positive relationships throughout the school day.

- Committed to creating positive learning experiences and helping every child reach their potential.
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and can provide professional references.
