Supply Desk is looking for passionate and motivated Primary Teachers to support schools in the surrounding East Sussex area.

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and/or KS2.

Plan learning activities that meet the needs of pupils with different abilities.

Create a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident and supported.

Assess learning and adapt teaching to help pupils make progress.

Encourage curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.

Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations.

Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.

Contribute to pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Experience teaching within a primary school, or ECT status.

Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

Confidence managing a classroom and engaging pupils.

A flexible, proactive approach to teaching.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
