Job Title: Information Technology Teacher

Job Type: Full-time Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £29,344 - £44,919

Start Date: October 2026

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective IT lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets national standards
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support and participate in extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, unqualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
• Proven experience teaching IT at secondary school level
• Strong knowledge of current IT curriculum and teaching practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for technology and teaching
