Supply Desk are seeking a confident and motivated Secondary School Cover Supervisor to work within our network of supportive partner schools. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching or those with strong classroom experience who enjoy working with young people in a structured and rewarding environment.
In this role, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with pre-set work and maintaining a calm, productive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leadership to uphold high expectations and support the smooth running of the school day. Your skills will be key in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging pupil engagement, and ensuring continuity of learning across a range of subjects.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.
