Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and adapting resources to suit individual needs.
- Support pupils social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement EHCP targets and work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff.
- Support pupils with personal care where required.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
