The Role and the Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (a teaching qualification is preferred)
- Proven experience in teaching the mathematics curriculum, either through previous employment or student teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Prepare students for examinations and support them in achieving their academic goals
- Ability to quickly adapt to different classroom environments and establish positive relationships with students
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a structured and respectful learning atmosphere
- Flexibility and resilience to effectively deliver lessons across different year groups and ability levels at short notice
