Job Title: Data Maintenance Associate
Function: Commercial – Procurement Operations
Hybrid Worker – Expectation is two days per week on site at either our Nottingham, Alfreton, Sheffield or Wakefield office
Contract type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Offered on a starting salary of £26,753 with the potential to increase to £29,726 over the course of three years.

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking an experienced Data Maintenance Associate who will be responsible for updating various data fields in NHS Supply Chain systems including but not limited to contract, supplier, and product data. The team supports the business’s contract launch and customer opportunities pipelines, and the Data Maintenance Team Lead coordinates activities to ensure that timelines are met, and any challenges escalated.

- Accurately manage and maintain data within company systems, ensuring information is verified, accessible, and up to date.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct to maintain high standards of work and compliance.
- Continuously develop technical and process knowledge through training, coaching, and professional development activities.
- Provide effective customer support by resolving queries and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Support operational excellence by utilising data management systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
