NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Process Analyst to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.
This is a critical enterprise-wide role at the heart of our transformation journey. As our Process Analyst within the Process Architecture team, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things process. Driving clarity, consistency, and control across the organisation. You’ll shape how we work, influence strategic decisions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a self-starter with the confidence and capability to lead from the front, take ownership, and deliver tangible impact. You’ll work across directorates, programmes, and functions, partnering with executives, programme managers, and operational teams to ensure our processes are fit for purpose, future-ready, and aligned to our strategic goals.
Every day you will …
- Lead enterprise-wide process initiatives from governance and controls to detailed mapping and framework design.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels to uncover opportunities, align on outcomes, and drive engagement.
- Own and evolve our process architecture, ensuring it supports strategic priorities and operational excellence.
- Analyse cross-functional impacts of change, working closely with programme managers and technical teams.
- Train and mentor future process SMEs, building capability across the organisation.
- Champion process thinking embedding it into business projects, transformation programmes, and day-to-day operations.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, visualisation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and maintain documentation that supports governance, change, and continuous improvement.
