We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Business Readiness Manager to join our Digital Experience team. As part of the Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for owning the definition and implementation of business processes and support activity to successfully integrate our digital experience platform capability into both business and customer environments by leading all readiness activities and ensuring the business is prepared for the changes using change methodology, such as ADKAR, as well as creating materials to support the user experience once the change is implemented.

- Own the definition and implementation of business processes to successfully integrate our digital experience platforms capability into both business and customer environments.
- Conduct business readiness assessments within the project and create plans to manage any gaps across the business, training or communication needs, prioritising resource against potential impact to business objectives.
- Work closely with the project and programme teams to deliver change and collaborate with all business areas to ensure a joined-up experience for end users, highlighting any risks, feedback or potential opportunities.
- Establish KPI’s to measure the performance of business readiness activities and seek to implement improvements in activity to drive success.
- Present outcomes of business readiness assessments and performance so that senior stakeholders have confidence in the organisation’s readiness for change, to then deliver to time, budget, and quality.
- Develop and implement activation and adoption strategies using ADKAR methodology that drive successful change outcomes and maximise user engagement.
- Develop, deliver and continuously optimise training, communications and promotional materials and activities, ensuring alignment with adoption objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and user needs to increase awareness, capability and utilisation.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Testing process test strategy development.
- Manage and develop a small team comprising a Business Readiness Manager and a Test Analyst, providing leadership, coaching, workload prioritisation and performance management.
- Accountable for establishing and facilitating user feedback councils and engagement forums, gathering insights, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring stakeholder feedback informs product enhancements, adoption strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring that business readiness and adoption activities are built into the governance frameworks for change delivery.
- Support the digital and wider business teams on the resolution of readiness and adoption related risks and issues.
