NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for seven Regional Leads to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. We are looking for Regional Leads to cover the following locations:
- Midlands
- South West
- South East
- North West
- North East & Yorkshire
- London
- East of England
The Supply Chain Modernisation Regional Lead acts as the primary link between the programme and NHS Trusts, ensuring effective engagement in solution design, implementation and adoption. The role brings frontline expertise into programme decision‑making and supports Trusts to successfully embed agreed processes across Acute and Non‑Acute settings. The aim is to ensure that customer insights and processes are considered at every stage of this programme.

- Enable effective engagement, acting as the main conduit between the programme and NHS Trusts to ensure alignment, clarity and shared ownership.
- Shape solution design by participating in programme workshops and providing structured feedback and recommendations.
- Prepare Trusts for change by planning and supporting workshops, gathering insight, identifying process variation and consolidating regional feedback.
- Support end‑to‑end process, working with Value Stream Leads and Process Owners on as‑is documentation and to‑be process design.
- Drive implementation and adoption, supporting Trusts to embed agreed processes and ensure consistent application and compliance.

- Detailed knowledge of Acute or Non‑Acute Trust environments (ideally both).
- Experience contributing to process design, standardisation and implementation.

- Structured thinking, able to gather, synthesise and articulate insight and feedback.
