Job Title Implementation Manager Function: Commercial Location: Warrington/Leeds Contract type: Permanent Salary: £45,478 with potential to rise to £53,504 over 3 years Closing Date: Friday 20th December 2024 NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for an Implementation Manager to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Implementation Manager within the Diagnostics Category team who will be responsible for leading a regionally based remote technical implementation and change management team. They will include the successful implementation of activity within the Diagnostics area, ensuring that benefits are realised and contribute to organisational KPIs and strategic objectives Every day you will … Manage and develop regionally based technical implementation and change managers to drive NHS Supply Chain service adoption. Ensure relevant resources are available within the geographies to support timely delivery of all opportunities. Assess and communicate operational risk profile for opportunities to ensure the activity is focused in the correct areas which can be delivered and maximises ROI. Be accountable for ensuring a clear work plan of prioritised opportunities is documented and that relevant functional resources is available and allocated to deliver each opportunity on time. Ensure all direct reports have the appropriate technical training required to undertake integration and implementation activity cross-organisationally from NHS Providers through NHS Supply Chain and onto Suppliers.
