NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for an ICN Coordinator to join the Web and Customer Communications Team. The role involves coordinating the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process to ensure accurate and timely communication to the market, adhering to guidance and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ICN process and ensure proper communication.
  • Format spreadsheets and maintain brand compliance.
  • Manage the Marketing inbox and tracker.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting within the ICN team.
  • Support the wider Communications Team with ad-hoc tasks, including data evaluation and reporting using digital tools like Google Analytics.
