We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Architect to join our team, focusing on business issues and driving strategic improvements across our organisation. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our organisational strategies with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing business challenges, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our organisation is efficient, resilient, and adaptable to changing demands.
Every day you will:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure that strategies are effectively executed.
- Analyse and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, healthcare providers, and internal teams, to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply innovative solutions to address business challenges.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of driving business improvements.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, risk management, and business process optimization.
- Must be TOGAF 10 or BIZBOK Certified.
