NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Performance and Capability Coordinator to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.
The Performance and Capability Coordinator plays a vital role in enabling capability uplift by ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes. Through effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, budget tracking and responsive support, this role contributes to high-quality performance management processes and training, high-quality learner experiences, inclusive learning operations and a cost-effective approach.
Every day you will:
- Work in collaboration with colleagues from across the people team as well as business leads to co-create solutions that build capability and high performance.
- Work with the Finance and Procurement teams to support the procurement, contracting and tracking of suppliers and their services.
- Manage training programmes and initiatives schedules, bookings, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage invites, materials, logistics such as venue bookings and learner evaluation.
- Support performance management tools, processes and development activities, assisting with reporting metrics and reports as well uploading these on Pulse.
- Support the implementation of functional academies and related content updates as needed.
