We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Change Manager to join our major transformation programme. The programme will touch many parts of the organisation as well as our customers and suppliers, and business change is a core component of that, enabling us to increase our success in delivering and embedding this transformational change, driving greater benefits and outcomes for our customers, patients and the business.
We are looking to bring an experienced business change manager into the programme to ensure we deliver and embed the desired outcomes. You will have a strong background in business change management and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across the projects within the modernisation programme, ensuring that the desired business outcomes are achieved, and the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change. You will manage the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business transition and readiness plans.
You will work in close partnership with the project managers in the programme, as well as an external delivery and assurance provider who will bring further change management expertise and support to the programme.
