NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Deployment Specialist to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. As a Deployment Specialist, you will be deploying e‑commerce and inventory management solutions into NHS hospitals, ensuring successful outcomes for both customers and the business. You will work collaboratively across a complex stakeholder landscape, including NHS Supply Chain internal and external facing teams, hospital procurement, supply chain, clinical, IT and senior roles. The proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation is key. You will need a balanced approach that carefully progresses both system and process change with people impact. The role requires proven capability in change and project management techniques, particularly within a complex healthcare environment. An operational understanding of how hospital supply chains work as well as the ability to capture and analyse data to accurately measure both tangible and intangible benefits is key to being successful in the role.

- Support project and change initiatives by completing defined tasks, maintaining project plans, and providing basic analysis in line with established procedures.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, events, and communications to support effective collaboration.
- Support the development and delivery of training materials by gathering information and preparing content using standard templates and processes.
- Collect, input, and analyse data from multiple standard sources to produce accurate reports and updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational effectiveness by reviewing existing processes and supporting inventory and supplier management activities.
