Key Responsibilities / Purpose:
- Deliver high-quality, effective social work services to children, young people, and families in line with statutory requirements.
- Complete robust assessments and deliver focused interventions to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
- Promote integrated working with multi-agency partners in accordance with the priorities of the Safeguarding Children Partnership.
- Contribute to early intervention strategies that reduce the need for statutory involvement where appropriate.
- Ensure the voice of the child is central to all planning and intervention.
Social Worker Requirements:
- Proven experience in working with children's services
