QUALIFICATION: Level 2 or higher

Job Purpose

As a Nursery Practitioner, you\’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care. You\’ll support the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0-5, working closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Provide a warm, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Monitor and record children\’s development and progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team planning and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed

Nursery Practitioner Requirements

  • Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
  • Commitment to the safe care and well-being of children
