RATE: Up to £40 per hour (dependent on experience)
TYPE: LOCUM Social Worker
TEAM: Safeguarding Team
HOURS: 37 hours per week
HYBRID: (part office / part remote)
Key Responsibilities / Purpose- Deliver high-quality, effective social work services to children, young people, and families in line with statutory requirements.
- Complete robust assessments and deliver focused interventions to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
- Promote integrated working with multi-agency partners in accordance with the priorities of the Safeguarding Children Partnership.
- Contribute to early intervention strategies that reduce the need for statutory involvement where appropriate.
- Ensure the voice of the child is central to all planning and intervention.
DfE Agency rules apply. There are also additional roles within the Assessment and Intervention Team.
Social Worker Requirements- Proven experience in working with children's services
