We're looking for a passionate and driven Care Coordinator for a Domiciliary care service. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in proximity.
Experience:
- Ideally two years’ experience working as a Care Coordinator or Senior Carer for a Domiciliary Care Agency NVQ 2 or 3 qualified
- Able to motivate and manage care staff including supervision
- Knowledge of scheduling and rota using Access Care Management software
- Knowledge of CQC Compliance is essential
- Knowledge of local authority compliance and experience of managing safeguarding investigations
- Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews, CQC inspection protocols
You must be organised, methodical, and have a good eye for detail.
Having your own car would be advantageous but not essential.
