Your Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our students’ educational experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Empower Students:Assist in the educational and social development of students with special needs, helping them to build confidence and independence.
- Personalised Support:Implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Creative Engagement:Plan and deliver exciting lessons and activities that captivate and inspire students.
