We are currently working with a national care provider and looking for a care manager to help run a residential facility for younger adults with challenging behaviour near Bridgend. Are you a deputy manager looking to run your own care service? My client is looking for someone who can lead from the front and ensure the smooth running of this 3-bed service.
The role:
- Working Monday to Friday, supernumerary only, but you will need to cover the floor as needed and step in for management from time to time.
- Care plan management and clinical auditing will be part of your role alongside assessments and staff recruitment.
