Registered Managers role £45,000 per annum small unit Abergavenny. Suppleo Healthcare are currently working with a national children's and younger adults provider and are currently looking for a registered children's home manager to help run a small unit in Abergavenny. My client's ethos is they believe that every child has the right to feel safe, valued and loved. They guide and support our children to help them reach their full potential and develop skills to help them into adulthood.

Overview

We are seeking a positive, dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee accommodation, care and support for Children in Looked After Care aged 11-17 years old. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming lives, demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and staff in your care. This role involves working closely to our Statement of Purpose and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements whilst creating a life-changing environment.
