We are currently working with a national care provider and are currently looking for a care manager to help run a Residential younger adults facility near Bridgend with challenging behaviour.
Are you a deputy manager looking to run your own care service? My client are looking for someone who can lead from the front and provide the smooth running's of this 3 bed service
The role
Working Monday to Friday supernumary only you will however need to cover the floor as and when needed and step in for management from time to time.
Care plan management and clinical auditing will be part of your role alongside assessments and staff recruitment.

The role is paying £42k plus annual bonus and benefit
