An established independent ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) school located just outside Taunton is seeking a committed and professional 1:1 Nurture Teaching Assistants to join the team from September. This role involves providing consistent, individualised support to a pupil with additional social, emotional, and communication needs, ensuring they are able to access learning in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1:1 pupil support – delivering tailored nurture-based assistance to promote engagement and emotional regulation
  • Classroom support – assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
